killing fish in a fishtank (immediately before cooking)

I spend my daily life raising killifish in the western part of Kanagawa Prefecture. I have been raising killifish for several years and would like to do what I have noticed, what is useful, and observe their progress. I'm compiling my own version based on what various people have told me, so I'm sure there will be other opinions.
