Information from Fujisawa Police Station: On December 7, at around 3:10 pm, a female child was physically touched by a man on a bicycle while out on the street in 4-chome, Tsujidomotomachi, Fujisawa City.
The suspect was identified as a man riding a bicycle. The offender was described as a man about 25 years old, about 175 cm tall, thin build, black short hair, white mask, orange jumper, gray long pants, riding a black light bicycle type.
