Gmail
1. Open Gmail and log in to your account.
2. Click Setting icon (gear icon) and select [See all settings].
3. Click [Filters and Blocked Addresses] from the above tabs.
4. Click [Create a new filter].
5. Enter "@vivinavi.com" in the [From] field.
6. Click [Create filter].
7. Select [Never send it to Spam].
8. Click [Create filter] and complete.
Yahoo
1. Open Yahoo Mail and log in to your account.
2. Click Setting icon (gear icon) and select [More Settings].
3. Go to [Filters] and click [Add new filters].
4. Enter a name for the filter and "@vivinavi.com" in the [From] field.
5. Select [Inbox] as the folder to move the emails to.
6. Click [Save].
Outlook
1. Open Outlook and and log in to your account.
2. Click Setting icon (gear icon) and select [View all Outlook settings].
3. Go to [Mail] > [Junk email].
4. Under [Safe senders and domains], click [Add].
5. Enter "@vivinavi.com" to add to the safe senders list.
6. Click [Save].
* Please enter "@vivinavi.com" or "vivinavi.com." It varies by your email client and version.
